In our clearance boxes, you get items that are actually still in great condition but cannot be sold normally in the shop for various reasons.

These include product samples from purchasing that have only been unpacked and photographed once or DHL returns where only the packaging was slightly damaged.

Also included are returns from customers who were bothered by small scratches, pressure marks, fingerprints, dust, or color defects. And of course, there are remaining stocks from our warehouse that were left over in small quantities from marketing campaigns, advent calendars, loot boxes, or other events.

We are very careful about what ends up in our clearance section.
Since a large part of the items are returns, they are usually not new. The packaging is often damaged, the items can be dusty or slightly scratched, or have other cosmetic imperfections.

However, there will be no defective or seriously damaged items here. All items function as they should and still look great!

We ensure that no items are duplicated in the clearance boxes within one order.

If you order multiple clearance boxes in different orders, it can happen that an item appears twice - although it is rather unlikely.

Our clearance section is full, but not endless. To ensure everyone gets something, you can order just one box for now. However, with an order value of 50€ or more, you can also order a second box.

Unfortunately, that's all you can order. :)

Please note that the Epic Lootbox and the Lootshirt do not count towards the order value as they are shipped separately.

Even though the lovely nerd stuff will be terribly sad to be sent back again, you can of course revoke the clearance boxes like any other purchase. Please note that you can only return whole clearance boxes and not just individual items from them.
