Some questions, like the one about how the coffee holder can be extended and retracted, you'll probably just want to forget about. Or not deal with them at all. In this case, our IT Service Wheel will help you! Turn it yourself (or even better: let the user turn it ;)) and the problem is solved - or at least postponed. In any case, it should no longer bother you.

Helpdesk: Do you have a color printer?
User: Aha! Thank you.
Ideally, the high-quality Service Wheel encourages users to think about what they ask for all day long and that many problems can easily be solved by themselves. However, the user's actual ability to learn depends on a number of other factors over which we unfortunately have no control - so we cannot guarantee that they will actually learn anything.
User: My monitor is not working.
Helpdesk: Is it switched on?
User: Of course.
Helpdesk: Turn it off.
User: Now it's working!
If you don't want to have the IT Admin Service Wheel on your desk because it doesn't get enough attention there, then it can also be attached to the wall with two nails (not included) - how about right in front of your door, for example? Before a user comes to you, he must turn and try to solve his problems himself with the help of the wheel's wise answer. In many cases, the problem will have disappeared anyway when you accompany them to their computer... ;)
