When the first dinosaur discoveries were made, people must have been more than a little astonished. Gigantic creatures with long teeth, large bones, and mysterious armor plates - such things were previously known only from legends and myths. But even in the present, fossils are occasionally discovered that completely overturn our understanding of prehistoric times.
The latest discovery can be seen on the Legosaurus T-shirt: The peaceful herbivore, named after its discoverer Earl Legolas of Legollington, has colorful armor plates and toes that strikingly resemble well-known building blocks from Denmark. Initial investigations, by the way, suggest that the Legosaurus preferred to live in building block boxes and could hide from predatory dinosaurs thanks to its colorful armor.
