When will the Advent calendar be shipped?
After the order deadline on 16.11.2026, all Legendary Advent calendars will be prepared for shipment and will then be handed over to DHL between 18.11. and 23.11.26.
This ensures your Advent calendar arrives on time before December 1st! You will receive a shipping confirmation by email a few days before.
Will I like the items in the Advent calendar?
We always put a lot of effort into curating the calendars so that there's something for many different interests. So there's a very good chance that you'll like many of the items in it!
How long can the Legendary Advent Calendar be ordered?
The official ordering period begins on 13.07. and runs until 16.11.2026, but that's only in theory: The quantity is limited and in recent years the Advent Calendar has always sold out well before the ordering deadline.
Is there a risk of having duplicate items if you've purchased the loot box or previous advent calendars?
No!
None of the items have ever been included in an Epic Loot Box or in any of our previous advent calendars.
How do I pay?
You have many different payment options available with us. Credit card, PayPal, Google Pay or shopPay. For credit cards, we accept Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay.
Unfortunately, payment by direct debit is no longer possible. We had to discontinue this due to increasing costs, a sharp rise in fraud cases, and major system changes on our end.
Can I order a Lootbox from abroad?
Within the EU, we can deliver the Advent calendar outside of Germany as well. If your country is not selectable at checkout, please contact us briefly at service@getdigital.de and we will change that.
Outside the EU, shipping is unfortunately not possible: customs declaration for 24 packaged gifts is unfortunately not feasible.
Can I provide a parcel locker as an address?
Yes... but we absolutely do not recommend it!
This is partly due to the size and weight of the Advent calendar. Many parcel lockers will have trouble with such a large box. Unfortunately, we've had problems with this repeatedly in recent years, and we don't want your Advent calendar to arrive late or damaged because of a parcel locker.
Since I live near you, I would like to pick up the items.
Please understand that in order to keep our prices as low as possible, we need to keep our labor costs to a minimum.
We have service providers who handle packing and shipping for us in part. This means that we cannot pick out individual packages from our stock and set them aside for pickup.
What if I move before the advent calendar is shipped?
Please send an email to service@getdigital.de and we will change the address for you.
What if I don't like some individual items in the calendar?
The Legendary Advent Calendar is a surprise box. We have curated it so that there is something for everyone interested in fantasy, science fiction, superheroes, comics, computer games, series, movies, or other pop culture topics. However, you never know exactly what it is - that's part of the product.
Of course, you can withdraw the calendar up to 14 days after receipt and send it back in its entirety, but you cannot withdraw individual items within it.
What about defective items?
If there are any issues, for example if a gadget is defective, please send us an email to service@getdigital.de.
You will receive a prompt response from us and a replacement!
Can I tell what's inside the packages by the stickers on them?
No.
The daily stickers only refer to the day number. They have nothing to do with the contents.
