Description Optical Prism
With this optical prism, a whole range of physical experiments can be easily carried out. Haven't you always wanted to repeat Newton's famous experiment, where he used a prism to split white light into its colored components and thus concluded that white light is a mixture of different colors? You can now do this with this prism: Simply cover one of your windows (e.g., with a cardboard) and then cut a small slit in the cover. If you now hold the prism in front of it, you can observe how the incoming light is split into its colored components. Of course, a whole range of other experiments with a prism are also possible. A short English manual is included, or you can search the Internet for more (here is a small compilation, for example).
The optical prism is about 6cm high and about 3cm deep. It comes to you in a representative plastic box.
